What is the last thing you learned?
It’s been a really long time since I blogged about anything. A lot has changed in my life these past couple of years. So many milestones, so many learning curves especially as a new parent…but every minute of it is so rewarding. 🙏❤️ I will have to write about my life update on a separate blog as I don’t want to go off topic here. ☺️
So about the last thing that I learned…well these past couple of weeks I’ve made efforts to refresh my knowledge with typography and graphic design. I took a long break from it because first, I don’t have enough time to dedicate for it and second, I wasn’t as motivated as I should though it always sat in the back of my head. You know when you have those lingering thoughts about something and can’t get it off your mind and you feel like you have this unfinished task making you feel uneasy because you keep putting it off….. that’s what it felt like to me for the past couple of years until I finally made the time for it. I know I should not have waited that long to get to it but I just couldn’t focus because being a Mom comes first.
So yeah, that’s one of the things I’m relearning lately, typography and graphic design. Oh wait, I should be talking about the last thing I learned. Sorry about that… I’m getting carried away just randomly blabbing since I haven’t blogged in so long. 😂 The last thing I learned is actually analytics. YouTube analytics to be exact. I finally decided to be more active on YouTube. I actually started my channel back in 2013 to use mainly for my blog since I couldn’t upload videos here during that time but I figured why not share my little adventures with my family there as well. Hope you’ll join me in my journey as I learn the ropes of YouTube. Any tips would be greatly appreciated as I am a newbie with the whole vlogging thing. ☺️ Being on camera makes me nervous… hahahaha! I love taking videos of other people, places and things but I feel a little funny taking a video of myself talking about something. I’m sure a lot of you can relate. I also enjoy video editing so much even though there were times where it is taking forever…but it’s always worth it especially when other people finds joy in what I created and shows appreciation for it. 🥰
So there my friends, that’s the last thing I learned and still currently learning. How about you? How have you all been? How’s 2023 treating you so far? I would love to hear about it! ☺️
