I am seriously having one of those “Mondays” and I am not liking it at all! There are things that I needed to do but I just can’t seem to get to it. I need to figure out how I can turn my “unmotivated Monday” into an exceptionally productive Monday. Hmmm…today is Monday, which reminded me that it is “Cyber Monday” because it’s the Monday following the crazy Thanksgiving weekend. I say crazy Thanksgiving weekend because some people are seriously putting themselves in danger just to get what they think is the best shopping deal out there. I honestly think it’s not worth it when you can just shop online and get an even better deal plus free shipping. You can do all that in the comfort of your home while sipping some hot cocoa sitting in the couch or drinking some wine by the fireplace in your comfy footies PJ or maybe just your normal PJ’s :-). You can’t beat that right?! 😉 And in case you favor the wine over hot cocoa, make sure you’re not consuming too much of it so you don’t end up buying things you don’t need. 😀

Anyway, I’m still trying to think of ways to motivate myself today as I am writing this post. I wanted to write about the daily prompt too but couldn’t get myself to do it. I was just staring at my laptop for hours then my little Leila (kitten) decided to turn my lap into her new bed. Ugh! But she was too cute so I just let her slept to her heart’s content. 😀 Well…wait a minute! I am writing about something now! Hahahaha! 😀 Just a few minutes ago I was having a writer’s block and now I’m actually writing about something. I am writing about not having the motivation to write! Hahahaha! Silly me! 😀 I still need an extra motivation boost today though so I can do all the other things I needed to do aside from writing. I need to start working on the greeting cards that I send out yearly and hopefully they all make it to the post office this year. I usually design the holiday greeting cards from scratch because I want something unique that’s why I need to start early but last year I didn’t have enough time so I just did it through Walgreens. 😀 But the issue that I have sometimes is that the greeting card or letter that I wrote for someone never makes it to the post office and to the person that I wrote it for. I used to love writing letters to family and friends but this whole technology thing has caused me to become lazy in that department. I know how technology makes it all easier for us to communicate nowadays but there is still something special about a handwritten letter. I love receiving greeting cards and letters! I keep all of them too because it means a lot to me that someone put their time and effort in finding a greeting card for me or writing a letter. That’s what makes it so special in my opinion. 🙂

Wow! I was just about to finish writing this and all of a sudden my phone decided to go mental and rebooted by itself! Arrrgh! I thought I lost everything because I haven’t saved it yet! Good thing I didn’t! Phew! Surprisingly it was automatically saved. Bravo WordPress app! 😀 Darn phone though 😦 . I think it’s really time to replace it. It’ll be 2 years old in 30 days and I think it’s about time. Hmmm…I wonder what phone should I get this time? Any suggestions my friends? 🙂
