Photography 101: Bliss

Ah, bliss. What does this word mean or look like to you?

Bliss: complete happiness, great joy, paradise, or heaven.

What is your idea of bliss?

One of the things that brings me joy in life is traveling. I love exploring and discovering new places. I especially like road trips as you get to experience more being on the road and the scenery along the route always makes the trip more interesting and exciting. One of my favorite roads is Highway 1 aka Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Considered one of the world’s best roads (according to MSN’s, The world’s best road trips), Highway 1 not only boasts beautiful beaches but also some of California’s historical landmarks. You really have to experience driving along this coast at least once to see its breathtaking beauty because pictures alone don’t do it any justice.

The photos below were taken from a recent road trip to Santa Barbara via Highway 1.
