Food for Thought


…because you are hurting yourself even more. Why give them more power over you when they have already hurt you in the first place! You want to be able to move on. To be free from the pain inflicted upon you. Although sometimes it’s hard to forgive…it is possible…it can be done but it does take sometime. You have to allow yourself to go through the motions and be okay with it. Let it all out. Cry if you must but don’t hold anything back. Choose to forgive rather than resenting someone because by doing this you are allowing yourself to heal completely.
