Food for Thought: October 23

Setting boundaries isn’t about caring less; it’s about recognizing that your well-being matters, too.
It’s easy to become accustomed to being available for everyone, especially when helping others comes naturally to us.
Over time, however, constantly overlooking our own needs can leave us feeling emotionally and physically drained.
We can still be compassionate, generous, and supportive without feeling obligated to say yes to everything.
Healthy relationships should allow room for mutual understanding, respect, and the freedom to express our limitations. πŸ’œ

Where in your life could you practice setting healthier boundaries without feeling guilty about them?
