Sunday is the first day of the week. It’s a church and family day for some. For others it’s either a chores day, veg out day or it depends on my mood kind of day (I think it’s the latter for me :)).  I have a love-hate relationship with Sundays as it’s the day before Monday which means that the work week is here again. I’m sure a lot of you feels the same way. I won’t be surprised if Monday is the most hated day by people in the workforce. Every Sunday afternoon I can’t help but panic and can’t stop looking at the clock wishing that I can pause it for a couple of hours to make the day a little bit longer. It always seems to me that Sunday is the shortest day of the week! I try to get all my chores done on Sundays as most of the time I stay home that day. Once in a while I go for Sunday night movies as long as my laundry is done  early that day or if I decided to do my laundry the next day instead. I usually only do that if I didn’t get to go to the movies on a Friday night which is normally how I spend my Friday nights after work. It’s kind of like my treat to myself after a long week of hard work. Friday night dinner and a movie is a good way to start the weekend for me and it makes my weekend stress free!   Today is one of those Sundays for me. I’m in the mood to see a movie and totally NOT in the mood to do my laundry. Have you guys seen any good movies lately? I think it’s been two weeks since I last went to the movies. I’ve checked out what’s showing an hour ago and Gerard Butler’s new movie caught my attention. I remember seeing a preview of it a couple of weeks ago and I thought it was pretty interesting.  So, I think I’m going to see that tonight. Critics gave it a “maybe” so I figured it might be worth seeing. We’ll see.  If not then at least it wouldn’t be such a waste of moolah as the movie theater I’m going to offers a special rate for Sunday night movies. You can’t beat $5 to see a new flick! Isn’t that about the same cost of a medium-sized popcorn or even cheaper? I rarely eat popcorn at the movies so I forget how much they cost. Anyway, I better get ready so I won’t be late for the movies. Plus, I love watching the previews and I don’t want to miss that!  So, tah…tah! 🙂
