Adding a few drops of essential oils like lavender, eucalyptus, or chamomile turns a simple bath into a spa-like experience. These oils have calming and restorative properties that help reduce stress and promote better sleep.
Here’s a little tip: fill your tub with warm water, add 5–10 drops of your chosen essential oil or a few tablespoons of bath salts, and soak for 15-20 minutes. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and let the warmth and fragrance wash away the tension of your week.
If you don’t have a tub, you can still enjoy the benefits by adding essential oils to a warm foot soak or a diffuser while you relax.
Taking time for this simple ritual reminds us that self-care is a gift we give ourselves—not a luxury, but a necessity.
