Zip lines and hanging bridges = heights! In short, one of my greatest fears. I wasn’t sure if I was going to do it at first but I am SO GLAD that I did! I was seriously super scared with hands getting cold, shaking a bit and my chest was tightening with anxiety but I am GRATEFUL to my father-in-law, sis-in-law, hubby and our awesome tour guides for the encouragement as I was able to overcome my fear and finished the entire course with a renewed sense of confidence! And of course, faith and prayers ALWAYS help! π β€
This was a couple of weeks ago and when I think about it, I still can’t believe that I conquered five zip lines and five hanging bridges. It’s amazing what we can accomplish when we set out heart to it. You don’t have to be the bravest person in the world but as long as you believe in yourself, have faith along with courage, nothing is impossible. At the end of the day I gave myself a well deserved pat in the back for not letting my fear take over and for accomplishing something that I thought I could never do. π
Here’s my adventure with family all rolled into one! One of the MOST rewarding and life changing experiences in my life that I will never ever forget! π
