Swarm: to fly off together in a group, as bees; to move about in great numbers, as things or persons.

This image was taken while visiting the Imperial Palace in Tokyo almost a year ago. I believe these students were on a field trip that day. I just wondered why their field trip was on a weekend because this was on Sunday afternoon.
