Food for Thought: October 29

Sometimes, finding peace means accepting that certain things may never be fully explained.
There will be moments when someone’s actions leave us confused, disappointed, or searching for answers.
We may replay conversations, question what went wrong, or wonder whether things could have turned out differently.
But the truth is, we cannot always understand another person’s intentions or control how they choose to treat us.
Continuing to search for explanations that may never come can keep us emotionally attached to something that has already passed.
We can acknowledge how an experience affected us while choosing not to let unanswered questions occupy so much of our present. 💜

Is there something you’ve been trying to understand or find closure for that you may need to make peace with, even without all the answers?
