โ How you look at a situation is very important, for how you think about a problem may defeat you before you ever do anything about it. When you get discouraged or depressed, try changing your attitude from negative to positive and see how life can change for you. Remember, your attitude toward a situation can help you to change it โ you create the very atmosphere for defeat or victory." โ Franco Harris View all posts by ๐ผ Edelweiss ๐ผ

Not everything “needs” fixing. Presence, is all it takes. For us men, it’s being the ROCK… Steady presence; she’s had a long day, so I draw her a bath, and I take care of dinner. Emotional care is not an everyday thing, it’s for “that moment”, because it’s designed for that specific need. Being able to care for her need, where she can’t for herself. It takes good listening, and thoughtful skills.
I rely on my intuition. It shows me how to be graceful when I don’t always want to be, and produces the best outcome.

Presence and listening can be powerful. Sometimes simply showing up is enough. Thank you for sharing!
