Looking Back on October

October always feels like a quiet turning point. The air cools, the light softens, and everything seems to whisper, slow down, breathe, and let go.

This month reminded me that letting go isn’t always easy…it’s tender, sometimes messy, but often freeing. It’s the pause before something new begins.

For me, October was a gentle teacher. It asked me to rest, to release control, and to notice the beauty in the in-between.

As we step into November, I’m carrying that softness forward…with gratitude for what’s behind and openness for what’s ahead. 💜
