Hi friends, and happy October! 🍂
Some of you might remember a little series I used to do called Food for Thought. I never really introduced it properly back then, but I’m excited to bring it back now (since September!). The idea is simple: a daily reflection, a small thought, or a gentle reminder to carry with you through your day. Each month has its own theme, and this month, October, is all about Harvest and Letting Go.
Can you believe we’re already stepping into the last few months of the year? With the holidays just around the corner, I’ve been wondering—how are you feeling right now? Excited? A little tired? Maybe a bit of both?

October has always been one of my favorite seasons. There’s something about the crisp air, the changing leaves, and the golden light that feels like a gentle invitation to pause, reflect, and reset. It brings back so many unforgettable travel memories for me, and even some of the biggest decisions I’ve made. For me, this season is about letting go of what no longer serves me, soaking in gratitude, and embracing the quiet rhythm of fall before the holidays rush in.
This month, I want to lean into that rhythm: to reset, to rest, and to carry gratitude forward as we move closer to the end of the year. 🍁

Not everything is meant to stay.
Some things are lessons, others are blessings.
Both shape you.
Take what strengthens you.
Let the rest return to the earth. 💜
