I’m not really into sweets like my husband and daughter, and chips aren’t really my thing either. I usually lean toward savory snacks—especially anything with a bit of salt. And while I’m not big on most nuts, pistachios are my favorite. When it comes to chocolate, though, it’s always dark for me. Rich, bold, not too sweet—and honestly, it feels like a healthier choice too, which makes it even better. There’s just something about dark chocolate that feels more grounded and intentional.

So when I started dreaming up this chocolate bar, I didn’t expect to get all nostalgic about it.
