What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
DANCING.
I love dancing, especially hip-hop, and years ago, when I had a membership at 24 Hour Fitness, I took hip-hop classes a couple of times a week. It was such a fun way to exercise. Then, at home, I used to follow workout programs by Shaun T and Denise Austin. So, it feels natural for me to get into Zumba because it’s all dance-related.

These days, I’m subscribed to Mark Kramer Pastrana and the TML Crew for Zumba workouts, as well as Steezy for hip-hop dance on YouTube. Both are fantastic, and it’s so much fun to follow along with their dance routines. 😍
Staying active can be an absolute blast, especially if you’re as into dancing as I am. Zumba is the workout that’s brought more fun into my fitness routine than ever before.
