What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

DANCING.

I love dancing, especially hip-hop, and years ago, when I had a membership at 24 Hour Fitness, I took hip-hop classes a couple of times a week. It was such a fun way to exercise. Then, at home, I used to follow workout programs by Shaun T and Denise Austin. So, it feels natural for me to get into Zumba because it’s all dance-related.

I saw a Beachbody ad on TV back in 2004 and ordered these. 😊 It was so much fun to follow along. It’s been at the storage for a while now though as we no longer use DVD players because of the convenience of streaming platforms.

These days, I’m subscribed to Mark Kramer Pastrana and the TML Crew for Zumba workouts, as well as Steezy for hip-hop dance on YouTube. Both are fantastic, and it’s so much fun to follow along with their dance routines. 😍

Staying active can be an absolute blast, especially if you’re as into dancing as I am. Zumba is the workout that’s brought more fun into my fitness routine than ever before. It’s like a dance party with friends, and the best part is, it doesn’t even feel like exercise. You don’t have to be a pro dancer to jump in and have a great time.

What’s awesome about Zumba is that it’s not just a workout; it’s a mood lifter. After a Zumba session, I’m in a better mood, feeling happier and more positive. This good vibe sticks with me throughout the day, giving me a fantastic energy boost. So, if you’re looking for a fun way to stay fit, keep your spirits high, and have more energy, you’ve got to give Zumba a try. It’s not just exercise; it’s a dance party that brings a whole lot of joy and vitality to your day.
