I’m very late posting this for today but I made a commitment and don’t want to miss a Saturday. At least this exercise can be done no matter what time and day. ๐
Todayโs self-care tip is to practice deep breathing for a few minutes. Deep breathing helps calm the nervous system, reduces anxiety, and centers your thoughts.
Try breathing in slowly for 4 counts, hold for 4, and exhale for 6 counts. Repeat a few times and notice how you feel.
