Do you see yourself as a leader?

Yes I do!

I do see myself as a leader however, I prefer to lead a small group. I love sharing my knowledge and expertise. I enjoy guiding people to learn the skills I excel at that are needed to get the job done but I am also more of the reserve type of person. When I’m around people, especially new ones, I tend to observe first and try to get a feel of someone’s vibe. I try to get a feel if we are on the same wavelength and if not, then at least we can meet halfway and have respect for each other’s differences. I think it’s so important to have an open mind and respect for other people’s way of doing things especially if you’re working as a team. You can’t let each other’s differences get in the way of accomplishing the task at hand. Different personalities possess different strengths which should be used as a tool for accomplishing something great and not as a barrier that hinders the progress of the team.
