What is the most important thing that I carry with me all the time?

When it comes to material things, the most important thing that I carry with me all the time is my handbag which holds my essentials such as ID, wallet, phone, and keys – the usual suspects. And then there’s the hand sanitizer (because, well, germs), lotion (can’t stand dry skin), lip balm for those just-in-case moments, and of course, the surprise toy my daughter insists on carrying. My handbag is basically hers too – cue the hashtag mom life, am I right? 😂

But in a spiritual sense,  I think it’s so important to be mindful and stay grounded all the time. Focusing on the moment and living in the NOW.  I try my best to be aware of my thoughts, feelings, and surroundings so that I can stay calm amidst the chaos, see the extraordinary in the ordinary, and give myself permission to just be.

Taking a moment to appreciate the gift of life. Autumn in New York, sometime ago. ❤️
