Photography: Alone in My Kayak

_kayak_okThis photo was taken in 2009 while on a weekend getaway at Santa Barbara, CA.

I’ve always wanted to kayak but haven’t  done it yet at that time and I was really enjoying watching this person kayak because I was trying to picture myself in the kayak :D. I wanted to try but I haven’t found the courage to do it yet at that time. It’s in my bucket list and I know at some point I would really like to make that happen and so I did last year! 2012 was the year that I finally crossed kayaking off of my bucket list ;-). I was so proud of myself that I did it and it wasn’t as scary as I thought. I was worried about the kayak tipping over and stuff but I’m really glad that I went for it even though I was so nervous and scared. I actually had so much fun and I can’t wait to do it again! 😀
