Photography: The Light that Shines

_the_light_that_shinesThis photo was taken sometime in 2010. I had taken a similar photo a year earlier while having dinner at a restaurant using my compact camera and I like it so much that I wanted to recreate the shot using my dSLR. I’m glad I did because I love the outcome! 😀

This was my first attempt at taking photos of the candle light that I tried to recreate 🙂 and it was taken while out to dinner at an Italian restaurant. The inspiring quote I added is from Oprah Winfrey which she mentioned that day on her show that I happened to watch before heading out to dinner :D.
